In order to make your booking you may choose from one of the following procedures: ON-LINE BOOKING You will get instant booking confirmation. You will not need to do anything else. Filling up the booking form When you make the online booking, the data of your credit card is used to verify and conform your booking. We will never charge any amount before you come to our hotel. Cancelling your reservation If you decide by any reason to cancell your reservation, you have to do so by a phone call (see page "Contact"). This cancellation does not cost you any money if you do so within the period established for that end. The cancelling time period is withing the 24 hours before the arrival date (the arrival time for calculations is 12 a.m.). Anulación de reserva fuera de plazo If you cancell the reservation after this period, we will charge you with an amount equivalent to the price of one day in the room type you specified in your booking form.   RESERVATION REQUEST If you don´t want to use your credit card information, you may use this system. You just need to keep empty all the fields related to the credit card information. The system will automatically detect that you only want to make a request. It is important to notice that, as any request, the booking will not be conformed until the hotel gets in contact with you. The reservation request will only be considered within the 48 hours before the arrival time specified in the booking form (the arrival time for calculations is 12 a.m.).
